Josh gragg is the only salesman anyone should ever deal with. I love how he is very honest and will work tirelessly to get you what you want and need but still trying to keep payments where you need them. Josh treats me like family and has since day 1. I wont deal with anyone else at this dealership. He has proven time and time again how he is willing to go the extra mile for you!
The people that work here are questionable, they aren’t genuinely friendly, they are robot friendly. It’s uncomfortable sitting here for almost 2 hours to get a free oil change. It seems to cost extra from my life to get a simple 30 minute oil change. If anything goes wrong with my car again I will never bring it back to team Mazda. Absolutely shady experience here, after being in our new vehicle for 3 weeks we got a call to sign a new contract for a higher rate. When we refused to sign we were told to pay a $750 restocking fee, return the vehicle, and our trade in was already sold, so we literally walked away with nothing. DO NOT GO HERE.

I asked for more money for my trade-in. They offered me all sorts of additional services, but later found out they financed that in instead of being part of my trade in. Cancelled the add ons immediately and have yet to receive my money back, which they said would take 8 weeks - its been over 10 weeks, still nothing has happened.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. I'm 20 years old and went with my mother to possibly purchase a vehicle. I told them my budget and they showed me a car that they claimed was in my budget. I asked for a 4/5 year loan, for a car under $20,000 that was a used compact suv. They found one that was alright. I bought my car from Team on July 15, 2020. Everything worked as it was suppose to for the first week or two. Then, the temperature gauge began coming on in the morning and staying on for a minute or two. Then the MPG average that displays above the radio began just randomly scrolling through numbers rather than giving a true average. Additionally, the key fob button to open the hatch door never worked.

After receiving a preordered 2019 Forester 13 lacking paid for features, Jason worked diligently to resolve - ultimately providing a 2020 14 model trade at no additional cost. We very much appreciated Team Mazda Subaru’s efforts to rectify the situation, communicate with us through the process, and make us feel valued as customers.
Team Mazda was recommended to me and am I happy I listened. We had the pleasure of meeting with Jake Rapp. Jake didn’t pressure me, he took us on a test drive to end all test drives to show me exactly what the Subaru Ascent was capable of. We left that day and two weeks later we went back. I took my brother that day and we had another test drive. Jake was honest, answered all of our questions, and worked hard to get me the best deal. I highly recommend Team Mazda and Jake Rapp.
I’ve had horrible experiences in the valley buying cars and through word of mouth from friends I thought I’d give Team Subaru a try. I’m glad I did. Dustin and everyone that helped us were so great and kept apologizing that it was taking so long— they had a sales event down the road in Caldwell so they were on a skeleton crew at the main location. I didn’t mind because it was not an all day affair. They now have a life long customer for sure!!

I drove a couple of Subaru's in Boise the day before and didn't really connect with the salesman. He wasn't very engaging. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable about the Forester that I was interested in. He took the wheel first on our test drive so he could show me all of the features in action. It was GREAT!
I went into Team Subaru with very little confidence that I'd be able to get rid of my high mileage Ford and get into a more reliable Subaru Crosstrek. They sold me an extended warranties based on my cars warranty would expire at 60k. Car had 48k when I purchased it. 2200 dollars and every time it’s been to thier service Dept they can’t fijd anything wrong. The one time they do I was instructed to take it to the gm dealer since it was a 100k power train warranty. I’ve been taking it to Peterson’s and it’s been fixed every time without issues. they can ans the phone quickly in the front office, but service dept never picks up the phone, what's with this? why give them a phone number to call when finished? because they've never called me when finished, i always have to call them. we bought our Forester there and they bungled several things we later had to deal with at DMV, then back to Larry Miller to get that straight. financing was screwed up too. good grief, if something can be bungled, they'll do even worse! find another dealer if possible. My Kia Soul that I purchased from Team Mazda/Suburu of Caldwell had 42,000 miles on it. The salesman sold me a 3 month 3000 mile warranty for $200 dollars. After a short period of time. My starter went bad. I had to have it fixed. The cost was $499.75. The people that fixed my starter for me looked at my warranty and laughed told me that the dealership charged me $200 dollars for a 3 month 3000 mile warranty even though they knew that it had a 10 year 100k warranty from the manufacturer. Bought a used 2015 Jeep Cherokee from David DeLaCruz where he promised me, in writing, that I would have a spare tire for this vehicle since it didn't come with one. Come here if you want poor/rude customer service at twice the price!! Cost to replace radiator: $1,000 others: $350. Cost of the antifreeze: $50 others $17. Treating customers as if they are valued and respected = 0 Quality of work = unsure yet In other words, if you can find someone else to fix your car... you probably should. Great experience - dealer was relaxed, shared humor, talked football, and was straightforward with us. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. They know the car dealer stereotype and are actively working to prove it wrong.
I brought my 2009 Outback to Team Subaru for a comprehensive repair. They needed to take the whole engine out to fix the oil leak. I worked with Chris at the service department. I am very impressed with his customer service and how he handled everything. He was updating me on the daily bases and when there were delays he would always let me know. Hey did a major repair for a lot less than I was quoted at the other Subaru dealer in Boise. Highly recommend these guys.
Sael was so nice and very professional. Explained what was needed and if I should take it. I would ask for him next time if possible.
The salesman was courteous and was not overbearing. He was knowledgeable and really tried to work with us. Overall a good experience buying a car.
Went in right before closing to trade in my car. Everyone was helpful and Jason got me in the car I wanted at the monthly payment I wanted within an hour.

We had a great experience buying our Subaru. Dave was a very helpful sales associate who explained each vehicle that we looked at very thouroughly. Just went to look at the cars. The salesman came over and told us about the Subaru Forrester that we were looking at. Took a test drive and I was sold, but not on that one. Purchased brand new from Team had them do ALL the maintenance, Then when engine and turbo go out ** oh wow* there is a filter we NEVER mentioned to have checked!! $10,000 please! They did not and have never stood behind their service.. I purchased to drive for years yet, after 135,000 , new ingine new turbo and nothing but excuses from Team .. I am stearing FAR away from Team & Subaru.. They do not have their customers in mind! Only the bottom $$.. stay away!

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Our salesperson, Rico, seemed to know intuitively what we were looking for and took us right to a vehicle that we ultimately bought. The person who went over the vehicle features with us, Alex, is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the features of the vehicle. The office had no difficulty setting up the contract we wanted. The entire process took all afternoon but there was a LOT that happened during that time.

I have used Team Mazda for The past few years. They have always been extremely thorough and quick with my maintenance. They always keep me informed of my cars future needs. I would highly recommend their service department.
My experience with the Team Mazda Service Center was a drag and overall frustrating. During the 3 weeks our vehicle was there, repairs were forgotten, we were misinformed and at one point, our newly purchased (used) vehicle was returned to us in a condition which was worse off than we left it. Side note: the repairs to begin with were minor- i.e., malfunctioning back up sensor and radio. Wish the experience with the service center was as efficient as purchasing a vehicle with Team Mazda.
Second time buying from Rob, he was great, just like last time, of course I would highly recommend him when you need a car, he is awesome to work with.
